Photography!!!

I've never taken Photography into consideration before. I enjoy taking pictures.... of myself! My friend Sydney LOVES taking pictures. She's very artistic and really nice. She is like my best friend. Well I was at home one day, bored, and all alone. Then I picked up my camera.... to take some more pictures of myself. I took a few and got really bored of it and started running out of ideas. So i went outside and took a few pictures that I intentionally meant to be for photography. I knew I had never done it before but I was DIEING to try. So I grabbed my camera, put on my flipflops, and ran out the door! I didn't know where I was going to go, what I was going to do, but I knew what I came out here for. I began walking, pondering on different picture ideas. After about an hour of walking up and down the street and pondering, I finally found it.

I enjoyed this and decided to take some more. So I kept walking. I went further and further each picture I took.

When I got home, I was still in the mood for pictures, so I took some more.

The next day, was Mother's Day. Everyone got a rose at my church and I though I would mess around a little.

Well, I really hope you enjoy my photography pictures. Do you remember Sydney, talked to you about her at the beggining, well our new plan is to go to college together, and tavel the world painting and taking photography together as best friends!! Thank you SO much Sydney for inspiring me!!

SLEEPOVER... Oh and a happy new year.

Hey! Happy new year! I can't believe it is almost 2011! This year went by so quickly! Well, tonight I am having a sleepover with my BEST cousin Princess Nina. (You can also find her at http://www.princessninaatyourservice.blogspot.com/) I can't wait!
Everyone always makes a big deal about the new years. I mean it's great that we are moving into 2011 and all, but, why do we get all hipped up about anyways?? It's just another day isn't it? New years eve, New years day, and the ball drop, is the most anticlimactic thing you can imagine. That's right! "anticlimactic" This public school thing is really paying off! -Anti- against. -Climax- intense point.
So, why does everyone get all hipped up about a new year? I mean what does it mean to you. When I hear "A new year" I thing of a new start. A clean slate. Fresh. Starting off right. And last but not least, RESOLUTIONS. Whats the point of that anyways? I mean yeah I get it like something that you want to do to improve yourself. But WHY?? Do you not like yourself or something? I mean my resolution this year is to try to make all A's or AT LEAST B's. That's mine. Whats yours?

Cousins

Do you have a cousin that is so funny, but never leaves you alone? Thats Victor for you! He is sweet and lovable and all except for one thing. Every time he sees me, from the moment I was born, he points to my shirt and says "Ooh whats that?" I look down and he hits his finger on my nose. Do you know how many times I have fallen for that trick?!?!?!?! It's really funny because he always does it when you are not expecting it. He'll also sometimes do it when you are already looking down and he will say he got you when we all know he really didn't. Sometimes I will know he is really trying to trick me and I won't look down and I say, "Ha! Got you this time." Then I turn around and then look at my shirt to see if he wasn't kidding. Then he szays he got me. He even fights with me sometimes saying "Seriously! There is something there! I promise!!" It gets annoying. He gets annoying! Although he does get on my nerves sometimes, I still love him. Who can't? He's Victor!!!


So once agian, "Do you have a cousin that is so funny, but never leaves you alone? Thats Victor for you!! :P

My Spanish Teacher

Okay. I know, I know I haven't blogged in a while. If you haven't heard I am in public school now so everything is a lot different and I have less time for blogging, well...... ANYTHING ANY MORE! =D

At least I didn't have much homework today so I got some free time to do whatever I wanted. I chose to blog because I saw that Noelle (my sister) had blogged, and I remembered how much fun it is so I decided to blog again!



Yesterday in Spanish, we had to go to this web page on the computers (my Spanish teacher is techy) to make and advertisement for the fifth graders at NRES to go to Spanish next year and not band. The band teacher told all of the fifth graders last year to go to band next year, so he wanted us to make an advertisement for the fifth graders to come to his awesome Spanish class next year. Well, we had to do it with partners so my best friend and I, went to a computer and got started. We asked our Spanish teacher if we could go to google images to get pics of sombreros or something Hispanic. He said that people have copyright over stuff like that and didn't want to get the school in trouble so if we wanted to we would have to find a picture of him on google images. We knew that would be impossible because how many times have you found pics of your friends and/or teachers on google images? Well, we looked up "Mr. Chis Craft at CrossRoads Middle School.............."

I know he looks NOTHING like a Spanish teacher and he doesn't look Spanish at all, but he speaks FLUENT Spanish and is HILARIOUS.

I have one more thing to say......

IF YOUR GOING TO CROSSROADS MIDDLE SCHOOL NEXT YEAR SIGN UP FOR MR. CRAFTS AWESOMELY AMAZING SPANISH CLASS!!

Mrytle Beach Getaway

My family and I went on a overnight trip to Myrtle Beach. We got there at about 7 o' clock, so there really wasn't anything to do and my mom wanted pictures... of course. So we ended up going to walk at the beach for a while to watch the sun go down. I love the beach so much that I was the only one who actually got my legs wet! I also made this video and took a couple of the images. The sea shells were all mine I found a bunch.On the SECOND day I got more then that! I just didn't put them in the video. Boomer came along too but we didn't really get a whole lot of pictures of him. So here is the video I made.

Mardi Gras Day!

To start off, I am terribly sorry for not writing in a while. I have just been really busy lately. I hope you can forgive me. Okay well yesterday my family and I went to a parade. It was a Mardi Gras parade. They had Mardi Gras masks and all that junk. Well there was a face painting stand and I wanted to do it so much! My parents finally gave in... I made a BIG mistake...

I regret this sooooooooo much!

Well, the poem of the week is going to be about friendship. Now the reason I did friendship is because yesterday, I was at a E-Kids event at my church. It was called E-Kids Olympics. Well, I was throughing a basketball in a hoop when I hit my BEST FRIEND IN THE WHOLE WORLD right by the eye with my elbow. I tried to help her but she was mad and ran off. The only thing I can think about now is her. She won't talk to me and I'm REALLY sad. So Mikee, this poem is for you!
